Introduction Humans have always experimented with ways of expressing their selves and telling their stories and Humanities have allowed to analyze and understand the different perspectives that the people held during these expressions, through the different time periods and cultures. There have been numerous changes and revolutions that have occurred giving shape to the different eras, sometimes helping them progress and sometimes limiting them, and women have found themselves often in the eye of the storm, and while some have succumbed or followed others to safety, there were some who created their own paths and wrote their own stories instead of letting it be dominated by the patriarchal authority otherwise prevalent.
